Staying at a hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Chicago?

Airport rides, sightseeing, hourly private cars and executive SUVs or Sprinters, all from your hotel entrance. Tell dispatch the hotel, date and group size and we quote upfront.

Quick answer: Milwaukee to O’Hare picks up and drops off guests at hotels across Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Chicago: airport rides to and from O’Hare, Midway, MKE and MSN, sightseeing, hourly private cars, and executive travel in SUVs or Sprinters. A chauffeur meets you at the hotel entrance at a time set from your flight or itinerary, tracks your flight, and stays on schedule for the whole day if you book by the hour. Book when you book the room, and share your hotel, dates, group size and bags. Many hotels run their own airport shuttles, so a private car is the better fit for early flights, groups, executives, heavy luggage and full-day plans.

Hotel guests, groups and event planners: book the vehicle first.

Tell us the hotel, airport or itinerary, date and group size. We send a pickup time and a quote.

Wisconsin Hotels and Resorts: Lake Geneva, Kohler, Madison and More

Guests at Wisconsin resorts and hotels who fly out of Chicago face a long ride, often 1.5 to 3 hours each way. A private car turns that drive into rest or work time, keeps luggage and the whole group together, and removes parking and rental-car returns.

For the farther resorts, ask dispatch about return pickups before you book. Madison airport transportation covers flights out of MSN, and for rides around Lake Geneva itself, see Pharaoh’s Lake Geneva limo service. Resort guests tend to leave on Sunday afternoon, when Chicago-bound traffic builds, so ask for a pickup time with a full buffer and book early for holiday and summer weekends.

Chicago Hotels: Magnificent Mile, the Loop and Rosemont

Chicago hotel guests can choose a hotel shuttle, the CTA, a taxi, a rideshare app or a pre-booked private car. The right one depends on the hotel’s location, your flight time and your luggage. We pick up and drop off at hotels across the city and the suburbs.

Downtown and Magnificent Mile hotels

Downtown traffic is the biggest variable. A ride that takes 25 minutes at midday can take well over an hour on a weekday evening, so build the pickup time from your flight, not from the clock. Our downtown Chicago to O’Hare timing guide shows how the ride changes hour by hour, and our O’Hare and Midway comparison lines up the train, taxi, rideshare and private-car options.

Rosemont and O’Hare-area hotels

Most hotels near O’Hare need a road transfer. According to the Chicago Department of Aviation, hotel shuttle pickups now use the Terminal 2 Arrivals curbside, and some providers may also serve Terminal 5. The free Airport Transit System connects the terminals but does not stop at individual Rosemont hotels. The Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport Hotel is the on-site exception, with pedestrian access to the domestic terminals. Shuttle terms belong to each property: Loews Chicago O’Hare, for example, advertises its own complimentary shuttle, and that offer does not apply to other hotels.

Rides that start inside Chicago, including pickups at Chicago hotels, are driven by City of Chicago-licensed chauffeurs through Pharaoh’s affiliate chauffeur network, where required and subject to availability.

Airport Rides From Your Hotel, Both Ways

Every airport ride works the same way on both ends: the chauffeur meets you at the hotel entrance for departures, and you contact dispatch after baggage claim for arrivals. Prearranged private cars use the approved commercial pickup areas, which are separate from hotel shuttle, regional bus and rideshare areas. Our O’Hare airport limo service, Midway airport limo service, MKE and MSN pages cover each airport’s pickup process, and our meet-and-greet service puts a chauffeur at arrivals.

Check your airline’s guidance for check-in times. Our O’Hare to Midway connection guide shows how to time tight connections between airports, and our Chicago airport fees guide explains the charges that can appear on a quote.

Sightseeing, Hourly and Executive Rides

A hotel car is not only an airport ride. Book a vehicle and a chauffeur by the hour and the car stays with you through meetings, dinners, shopping and sightseeing, with the same chauffeur and no parking or waiting for a ride.

Executives in SUVs or Sprinters

Executives who need a quiet, predictable ride book a Chevrolet Suburban or Cadillac Escalade, which seats 6 with extra luggage room. Teams of up to 13 travel together in an Executive Sprinter, and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries up to 15. For private-jet arrivals, ask about our private jet and FBO car service. Our parent company also runs business transportation across Wisconsin.

Sightseeing from your hotel

Tell dispatch what you want to see and how long you have. In Chicago, a chauffeur can link the Loop, Michigan Avenue and the lakefront in one trip. In Wisconsin, popular day plans start from a Milwaukee, Lake Geneva or Madison hotel and return to the same door. Sightseeing in Chicago uses City of Chicago-licensed chauffeurs through Pharaoh’s affiliate chauffeur network, where required.

How to Plan the Ride

The smoothest hotel rides are booked when the room is booked. Guests, concierge desks and event planners can all make the request, and the same details cover every hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Chicago.

Delays, cancellations and overnight stays

We track your flight, so a late arrival does not strand you at the curb. If a cancellation turns into an unplanned hotel night, tell dispatch so we can move or cancel the ride under our cancellation policy. Keep your airline and car reservations separate and confirm each one.

For concierges, planners and travel agents

Hotels, event planners and travel agents can set up guest transfers in advance, name one contact person for a group and stagger departures for hotel blocks. Our affiliate and partner page explains how partners work with our dispatch team on Wisconsin and Chicago rides, both ways.

Reserve Your Hotel Car in 3 Steps

  1. Send the details. Hotel, airport or stops, date, group size and bags, through the online booking form or by phone at (414) 387-6619.
  2. Get your upfront quote and pickup time. Dispatch confirms the vehicle, the price and your leave-by time or hourly window.
  3. Ride with a chauffeur who stays on your schedule. Your chauffeur meets you at the hotel entrance, or at the airport pickup point after you collect your bags.

A rideshare app gives you the next available driver. A dedicated dispatch team gives you a fixed pickup time, a vehicle sized to your group and someone to call if the flight or the plan changes. That difference matters most on early flights, holiday weekends, executive days and group trips.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you pick me up from any hotel in Milwaukee?

Yes. We pick up and drop off at hotels across downtown Milwaukee, the convention district, the lakefront, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Waukesha and the airport area, and drive you to MKE, O’Hare, Midway or any destination you choose.

Do you serve Wisconsin resorts like Lake Geneva and Kohler?

Yes. We pick up and drop off at Lake Geneva-area resorts, Kohler and Madison hotels. Resorts farther away, such as Wisconsin Dells and Door County, are best as arrival rides from the airport, so ask dispatch about return pickups before you book.

Which Chicago hotels do you serve?

We serve hotels across Chicago, including the Magnificent Mile, the Loop and Rosemont, with rides to and from O’Hare and Midway. Rides that start inside Chicago use City of Chicago-licensed chauffeurs through Pharaoh’s affiliate chauffeur network, subject to availability.

Can I book a private car by the hour for sightseeing from my hotel?

Yes. Tell dispatch your stops and the hours you need, and your chauffeur stays with you for the day. Sprinter hourly bookings carry a 5-hour minimum, and dispatch can give you SUV hourly terms.

Do you offer SUVs and Sprinters for executives?

Yes. Executives ride in a Chevrolet Suburban or Cadillac Escalade, and teams ride in an Executive Sprinter (up to 13) or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (up to 15), with one chauffeur for the full itinerary.

How early should I book a hotel car?

Book when you reserve the room, and at least a few days ahead for weekends, holidays, conventions and events. For a last-minute ride, call dispatch and we confirm what is available.

Where does my chauffeur meet me at the airport?

After you collect your bags, contact dispatch. We send your chauffeur’s details and the approved commercial pickup point. For a greeter at arrivals, ask about our meet-and-greet service.

Is a private car better than my hotel shuttle?

A shuttle can be good value when your hotel runs one on a schedule that fits your flight. A private car is the better fit for early flights, large groups, executives, heavy luggage and hotels that do not run a shuttle.

What if my flight is delayed or canceled?

We track your flight and adjust the pickup. If your plans change, contact dispatch as early as you can; our cancellation policy explains the terms.

How long is the ride from a hotel to O’Hare?

From Milwaukee hotels, about 1.5 hours off-peak. From downtown Chicago hotels, roughly 25 to 90 minutes depending heavily on traffic. Dispatch sets your pickup time around your flight and adds a buffer for rush hour.

Are your chauffeurs background-checked, licensed and insured?

Yes. Our chauffeurs are background-checked, licensed and insured. Rides inside Chicago use City of Chicago-licensed chauffeurs through Pharaoh’s affiliate chauffeur network.

How do I get a price?

Send your hotel, airport or stops, date and time, flight, number of guests and bags. We quote the ride upfront before you book. Book online or call (414) 387-6619.

Plan the hotel ride before you travel.

Give our dispatch team your hotel, airport or itinerary and group size, and we confirm the pickup time and quote upfront. Available 24/7.
