This Cancellation Policy applies to reservations with Milwaukee to O’Hare, the dedicated airport-route division of Pharaoh’s Transportation. We aim to be fair to both our passengers and the chauffeurs who hold time for your trip.
Standard Cancellations
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the fare. Cancellations made within 3 hours of pickup, or no-shows, may be charged the full fare, as the vehicle and chauffeur have been reserved for you.
Airport & Flight Delays
For airport pickups, we track your inbound flight, so there is no penalty for a ride that shifts because your flight is delayed or arrives early. Complimentary wait time is provided after landing; extended waits beyond the included window may incur a standard hourly wait charge.
Changes to a Reservation
Need to change your pickup time, location, or vehicle? Contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
