These Terms & Conditions govern your use of milwaukeetoohare.com and the transportation services provided by Milwaukee to O’Hare, the dedicated airport-route division of Pharaoh’s Transportation. By booking a ride or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
We provide flat-rate, chauffeured ground transportation between the Milwaukee and Madison areas and Chicago’s airports and cities, operated by Pharaoh’s Transportation. All rides are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Booking & Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed once we send you a confirmation. Please provide accurate pickup details and, for airport trips, your flight number so we can track your flight and set the right pickup time.
Flat Rates & Payment
Your fare is quoted as a flat rate at the time of booking, with no meter or surge pricing. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended wait time, tolls where applicable, or significant changes to your trip. Payment is due as arranged at booking.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations and changes are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Please review it before booking.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers must not exceed a vehicle’s seating capacity, must wear seatbelts where required, and may not engage in illegal or unsafe activity. Cleaning or damage fees may apply for damage caused to a vehicle.
Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We track flights and plan for traffic, but we are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, airline schedules, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a ride is limited to the amount paid for that ride. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Lost Items
Please check for personal belongings before leaving the vehicle. We will make reasonable efforts to return items left behind but are not responsible for lost property.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.
